We empower vulnerable and at-risk women and girls in India to make informed decisions about their future, have agency, and create pathways to financial stability.
Our Values: We believe in an evolving and continuous growth process. Our core values guide us to achieve our vision: Service, Compassion, Collaboration and Continuous Learning.
Service: We value putting others and believe a strong person serves those around them. We make decisions to benefit others, and we are passionate about helping others succeed and grow.
Compassion: We care and recognize unique challenges faced by others, and we provide support with kindness, empathy, and generosity. We see inherent value in each person and seek to treat each person with dignity and respect, making sure each is seen and heard.
Collaboration:We believe our mission can only be achieved if there is commitment and investment in collaboration. Through collaboration we multiply our contribution. We recognize we won’t thrive without recognising one another’s strengths.
